Responsibilities
The City of St. Joseph contracts with SEH for engineering services, with Randy Sabart serving as the city engineer. The engineer is responsible for the following activities:
- Administration of capital improvement projects (street, sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, and sidewalks.
- Assessment rolls
- Construction services to include inspections, surveys, and record drawings.
- Project design and management
- Right of way management
- Development liaison to direct planning subdivision development
- Community liaison for projects and future planning
